I bought Remove Ads and still see ads

Open the home screen and tap Restore purchase. Remove Ads switches off the full-screen ads between runs. The optional "watch an ad to double your coins" button stays, because it only plays an ad when you choose to press it.

Can I get Remove Ads back on a new phone?

Yes. It is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple or Google account. Tap Restore purchase on the home screen of the new phone.

My coins, upgrades or stickers are gone

Progress is saved only on the device, with no account, so deleting the app or moving to a new phone starts fresh. Only Remove Ads can be restored, through your store account.

The double coins button does not appear

It only shows when an ad has finished loading and the run earned coins. It is never required.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app. Everything the game stores is on your device, and we hold nothing about you on our side.
